Our online booking still has some technical difficulties occasionally. Make sure you get the email confirming your actual appointment (not just creating the account), and go through all the reservation steps.
NOTE: If it tells you there aren't any appointments available, give us a call or email. Pressing the "RESCAN" button won't rescan for the same day, it takes you to the next week. Double check your dates.
