The State of Vermont announced that salons are allowed to re-open Friday, May 29th. We are very excited to see you all! There are SO MANY of you that need to come to us for hair services, but the salon will have to operate a little differently for a while. Please be patient with us as we settle into new routines. Our capacity will be limited, and the salon may have different open hours due to some external circumstances (child care). We will not be answering the phone while we are with clients. Please leave us a message and we'll get back to you as we can. Please also utilize our online booking!
All employees will be adhering strictly to the regulations listed here: https://accd.vermont.gov/news/update-new-work-safe-additions-stay-home-stay-safe-order
Wearing a mask/face covering will be required. Make sure it's something that allows us to still do our job. No bandanas or buffs or masks that need to be tied around your head/hair. We will have washable masks that clients can use during their services. We will use these masks for our color clients to prevent staining their own re-usable masks (when needed). We will be wearing face masks and/or shields during your service.
We will not be doing any facial waxing for now.
We are also asking folks to wait outside or in their car while we get ready for you. We will have folding chairs 6' apart on the sidewalk (hopefully?). We'll pop our head out when we need you. Please do not bring anyone with you that is not also getting a service at the same time. Unaccompanied children waiting for their haircut may wait on the couch inside (if a parent and child have back-to-back appointments).
The salon will operate by appointment only! Walk-ins will not be allowed. Please call us or use our online booking!
We really encourage you all to weigh your personal risk factors carefully. While we have very strict disinfection and sanitizing procedures, we cannot guarantee zero exposure, as with any public business. We are doing our absolute best to keep you all, and ourselves, as safe as possible. Getting a haircut may not be worth the risk, but we're trusting you to decide that for yourselves.
